Vegan OptionsOur Vegan cupcakes do not contain any animal products. No dairy products and no eggs. We substitute "Earth Balance" spread for butter, and soy or coconut milk for dairy milk, and "Ener-g Egg Replacer" for eggs.Non-Dairy Options
Non-Dairy OptionsDairy Free cupcakes do not contain any milk products (milk, cream cheese, butter). They do contain eggs. We substitute "Earth Balance" spread for the butter, and soy or coconut milk for the milk products. Icing choices are Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream or Chocolate.Gluten Free Options
Gluten Free OptionsGluten is a protein found in wheat, rye and barley. We substitute "Bob's Red Mill" gluten free baking mix for the wheat flour usually used in our cakes. The gluten-free baking mix contains garbanzo flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, sorghum flour and fava flour.Egg Free Options
Egg Free OptionsEgg free cupcakes do not contain eggs. We use "Ener-g Egg Replacer" instead of eggs. We are able to make White or Chocolate cake iced in Buttercream, Cream Cheese or Dark Chocolate.
