Our identity as a bakery is Southern & classic, as such we use a lot of eggs, butter and flour and do not feel we are adequately able to accommodate the needs of customers with special dietary restrictions, thus the only offering that we have on our menu is a cupcake baked with Cup4Cup gluten-free flour.
We bake seven varieties of cupcakes made with Cup4Cup Gluten-Free flour at designated times of the day. However, considering the amount of flour that is in the air in our kitchen, if you have Celiac Disease we do not recommend any desserts from our bakery, including our cupcakes baked with the Cup4Cup Gluten-Free flour; we are not a gluten-free bakery.
On that same note, we do use nut ingredients in many of our cakes and although certain flavors do not have actual nuts in the cake layer, filling, or icing, there may be a trace of nut in the air or on a utensil or pan. If a severe nut allergy (or any other allergy to any ingredient that we use in our bakery) is at hand, we do not recommend eating any of our desserts due to health hazards.
- We do our best to communicate our ingredients to customers who ask, but we will not be responsible for someone having an allergic reaction to an ingredient that is regularly used in our bakery, nor will we be able to take orders for custom dietary requests due to the potential risks involved.
